In 2010, the Archdiocese of Agana confirmed that Father Raymond Cepeda was removed from the priesthood after it investigated allegations of sexual abuse allegedly committed by him.  Father Cepeda served at the Santa Barbara Church in Dededo, Guam.  He also served at the Dulce Nombre de Maria Cathedral-Basilica in Hagatna.
